My Experience with the Zuri Program
Joining the Zuri program, I have had some encounters which have in little time enforced the confidence that in a few weeks ahead, my skills would be a distance ahead of where I currently am. These events include the availability of robust work tools and pliability of the scheme.
The presence of numerous apparatus employed in the training ensures the process is seamless. We the interns are acquainted with modern channels to communicate, learn, document and submit our efforts. Some include Slack as a workspace and the state of the art Zuri software as dashboard.
Furthermore, the flaccidity of the project accommodates my current disposition. For myself who has knowledge in frontend development, works in a different industry, looking to improve upon my backend engineering skills and harness both careers with neither of the aforementioned deprived of my attention, the Zuri Training flexibility is a breath of fresh air for my journey. For instance, I get to watch trainings after work hours; long after they've been aired.
To conclude, I would say the scheme's extensibility and robust gadgetry present me with confidence. It feels like I'm in the University again, this time with instructors vested in my success and not posing as gods who throw crumble marks my way, when they deem my rocket efforts worthy of their favor.
